CKreative Digital doesn’t use introductory pricing. There is one rate — the one on the pricing page. It applies to new clients and existing clients equally. If that rate changes, clients are notified in advance.
CKreative Digital is a small, focused operation — not a massive platform with heavy costs to recover through the renewal cycle. Our stack is built on WPMU DEV’s infrastructure, which provides enterprise-grade performance without the overhead of building and maintaining that infrastructure from scratch.
Without the cost structure of a large organization, our pricing doesn’t require a promotional rate to work. Instead, we’re able to set the price appropriately at the start, and that’s the rate you can expect on every invoice that follows.
Pricing increases aren’t planned, but of course we can’t predict the future. All costs change eventually. And when they do, clients will hear about it with 60 days’ notice. And with our 5-Year Price Protection promise, you’re guaranteed your rate for at least five years. What will never happen is a not-so-quiet auto-renewal that’s way more than you’re used to.
