Yes. Move up or down at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades take effect at your next billing cycle.
Do I have to host my site with you to have a Care Plan?
No. Care Plans work on any WordPress site. Some infrastructure protection — our platform-level firewall and CDN — is only available when you’re hosting with us.
What if I’m currently locked into a hosting contract elsewhere?
Renewal Rescue covers up to 12 months of your remaining contract as credit when you switch to our hosting. Details on our Renewal Rescue page.
What happens if I need more than my included edit hours?
Additional edit work is billed at our hourly rate, or you can move to a higher tier. We’ll tell you before we go over.
Do content edit hours roll over?
No. Hours reset at the start of each billing cycle. Unused hours don’t carry forward. This keeps monthly capacity predictable on both sides.
What counts as a “content edit”?
Text changes, image swaps, product or service updates, page copy edits, and blog post uploads (formatting only). Not included: new page builds, custom code, plugin evaluations, or design work.
Choose monthly, quarterly, or yearly. Save 5% on quarterly, 10% on yearly. The rate you sign up at is the rate on every invoice — no auto-renewal price hikes, no promo rates that expire.
Stated windows are business hours, Monday through Friday. Business Care includes a published emergency escalation path for after-hours critical issues.
Malware cleanup labor is included from Pro Care up. Essential & Growth Care include detection; remediation is billed at $300 for each incident.
Is Elementor Pro really included?
Yes, one Elementor Pro license per site is bundled with every Care Plan tier. If you cancel your Care Plan, the license doesn’t transfer.
