Yes — no catch. We review your current site across eight areas — things like speed, security, mobile experience, and how easily people (and search engines) can find you — and send you a written report within five business days. No sales call attached. You can act on it yourself or bring it to us.
Most of our small business websites range from $500–$4,000, depending on scope, content needs, and integrations. We don’t believe in one-size-fits-all pricing because no two businesses have the same needs — instead, we’ll learn about your goals and provide a fixed, transparent quote before any work starts. Most sites take a few weeks from kickoff to launch. The biggest variable is content — how quickly we get your text, images, and any details we need from you. Once we have everything, things move fast. We’ll give you a realistic timeline at the start and keep you posted along the way.
Mainly your content and access. That’s your text (or notes we can shape into copy), logos and images if you have them, and login details for your domain and any existing accounts. Don’t have polished content ready? That’s normal — we’ll guide you through exactly what’s needed and help fill the gaps.
Either works. If you have copy and photos, great — we’ll make them shine. If you don’t, we can write the content and source professional images for you. Just know that clear, specific content about your business always beats generic filler, so the more you can share about what you do, the better.

We do. Brand Essentials ($950) covers the core — logo, colors, and fonts — to get you looking sharp. Our Brand Identity System ($2,000–$2,500) goes further with a complete, documented brand you can use consistently everywhere. Both pair naturally with a new website.
Absolutely. Plenty of our clients come to us with a site that’s outdated, slow, or just not pulling its weight. We can refresh what you have or rebuild it from scratch — and if it’s on WordPress already, we can often work with it directly. You do. Once your project is paid in full, the website and its content are yours — no hostage situations. If you ever decide to move on, you can take your site with you. We’d rather keep you because you’re happy, not because you’re stuck.
Depends on how you sign up. Our Worry-Free Bundles include hosting as part of your monthly price — nothing extra to buy. If you just want a site built, you can add hosting separately starting at $8/month. Either way, we handle the setup, so there’s no technical side for you to manage.

A Worry-Free Bundle rolls your website hosting and ongoing care into one monthly price — starting at $35/month. A Care Plan just covers the ongoing care a live site needs — updates, security, backups, and support — for a website that’s already built and hosted somewhere else, starting at $29/month.
The essentials that keep your website working while you run your business: software and plugin updates, security monitoring, regular backups, and someone to call when something’s off. Higher tiers add more hands-on support and content edits. Think of it as maintenance for your most important storefront — the one that’s open 24/7.

You can absolutely just get a site built — no ongoing commitment required. But a live website isn’t “set it and forget it”: it needs updates, security, and backups to stay fast, safe, and working. That’s why most clients choose a plan. We’ll lay out both options plainly and let you decide what fits.
We primarily bill through Stripe, so you can pay securely by credit or debit card. Monthly plans are charged automatically on the same date each cycle, and you’ll get a receipt every time. One-time projects are invoiced directly. We also accept Venmo.
Yes. We can split the cost of any project or plan into installments so it’s easier on your cash flow. Our Worry-Free Bundles do this by design — they fold the build into an affordable monthly price alongside hosting and care.
No. The rate we publish is the rate on your invoice — no teaser prices that jump later, no surprise add-ons. We think promotional pricing just creates fake “deals” and erodes trust. You’ll always know what you’re paying before you commit.
When you sign up, we lock your rate for five years. While others raise prices year after year, yours stays put. The one exception: if you upgrade to a higher tier later, the five-year clock resets from your new rate.
A few. Combine two or more services to get 5% off the total. Pay quarterly for another 5% off, or pay annually for 10% off. Preset bundle prices are already discounted, so those stay as published — but for everything else, the savings from our already heavily discounted pricing adds up.
No long-term contracts — you’re free to leave when you need to. We don’t think anyone wins if we trap you in a contract you’re unhappy with.

Yes to both. Every site we host includes an SSL certificate, active security protection, and monitoring for threats. We also run regular backups, so if anything ever goes wrong, we can restore your site quickly. Security and backups aren’t an upgrade — they’re built into how we host.
