The rate on our pricing page is not a promotional rate. There's no clock running, no second tier waiting at renewal. What you sign up at is what you're charged.
There are no new-client deals that existing clients are locked out of. One published rate, applied equally. If you've been a client for four years, you're not paying more than someone who joined last month.
After the protection period ends, your rate may be adjusted to the currently-published rate. If that happens, you'll receive notice at least 60 days before it takes effect — not buried in a renewal confirmation.
No introductory rate to expire. No renewal invoice that looks nothing like what you signed up for. The rate you start with is the rate you keep — and if that ever needs to change after your protection period, you’ll have 60 days’ notice before it does.

Upgrading your plan? An upgrade resets the protection period at the new plan's published rate on the date of the change. You'll always know the protected rate for your new plan before confirming.

Upgrading to a higher plan tier resets the protection period. Your new protected rate is the published rate for the new plan on the date the upgrade takes effect. You’ll see the new rate confirmed before you complete the upgrade.
A lapse in subscription may affect your protection status. A payment lapse cured within 30 days of the missed payment date will not be treated as a discontinuation.
