Price Protection Policy

1. What this policy covers

This Pricing Protection Policy applies to all CKreative Digital hosting service subscriptions — both Starter Hosting and Performance (VPS) Hosting plans. It describes the rate protection you receive when you subscribe and what happens if pricing ever needs to change.

2. Your rate is protected for 5 years

The rate you subscribe at is your rate for five full years from your signup date. We will not increase it during that period. No exceptions, no fine print.

This applies to: Starter Hosting, and all Performance (VPS) Hosting plans (Quantum, Bronze, Bronze Plus, Bronze Max, Silver, Silver Plus, Silver Max, Gold, and higher).

3. What keeps the protection active

Your 5-year rate protection stays in effect as long as:

  • Your subscription remains active and in good standing (payments current);
  • You remain on the same hosting plan you originally subscribed to.

If you upgrade or downgrade to a different plan, your protection period resets at the published rate for the new plan on the date of the change. You’ll always know the new protected rate before confirming a plan change.

4. What’s not covered

The 5-year rate lock applies to your base hosting subscription fee only. It does not apply to:

  • Website Care Plans, Expert Services add-ons, domain registration, or webmail;
  • Government taxes or fees;
  • Any one-time fees for setup, migration, or project work.

Those services are priced separately and subject to their own terms.

5. What happens after 5 years

When your protection period ends, your rate may be adjusted to the then-current published rate for your plan. If that happens:

  • You’ll receive written notice at least 60 days before any rate change takes effect;
  • The notice will state the new rate and its effective date clearly;
  • You may cancel your hosting subscription without penalty within that 60-day window if you choose not to continue at the adjusted rate.

We’re not planning to raise rates. But costs change, and it would be misleading to promise otherwise indefinitely. What we can promise — and do promise — is that you’ll always know before it happens.

6. One rate for everyone

New clients and existing clients are charged the same published rate. There are no new-client-only promotions that existing clients are excluded from. The rate on our pricing page is the rate on your invoice.

This policy is incorporated into and governed by the CKreative Digital Master Services Agreement. In the event of any conflict between this policy and the MSA, the MSA controls. This policy does not constitute a contract on its own.
