Do I need my own domain?
Yes. Your email address uses your domain, like you@yourbusiness.com. We can register one for you, or set up email on a domain you already own.
Doesn't my hosting already include email?
Our hosting includes up to 10 basic mailboxes at 100 MB each, which is enough for light use. Webmail adds up to 50 GB of storage, unlimited aliases, spam filtering, two-factor sign-in, and contacts and calendar.
Is Webmail protected from spam and viruses?
Yes. Every inbox has spam filtering that catches spam, phishing, and malware before it reaches you.
How do I check my email?
In any email app that supports IMAP, like Apple Mail, Outlook, or the Gmail app, or from any browser at pro.yourwpsite.email. Everything stays in sync across your devices.
Can you move my existing email?
Yes, at no charge. We copy your existing messages over from your current provider, so you don't lose anything when you switch.
How is Webmail priced?
Per mailbox, per month, based on storage: from $2 for 5 GB up to $15 for 50 GB. Each person can have a different size, you can upgrade any time, and your price is locked for five years with 5-Year Price Protection.
Are there sending limits?
Each mailbox can send up to 500 emails a day. New mailboxes start lower and reach 500 over about two weeks, which protects your domain's reputation. There's no limit on email you receive.
