At cKreative Digital, we take pride in the quality of our products and are committed to ensuring our customers are fully satisfied with their purchases. However, we understand that there may be instances where you are not completely satisfied. The following outlines our return policy to address such situations:

*Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 2 business days after the delivery date. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 10 days after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, please contact us within 2 business days of receiving the order. Fill out a Refund Request to provide photos of the item(s) and any other details about the issue. We will review your request and notify you once it has been approved.

Wrong Size or Change of Mind

Due to the nature of on-demand printing, we are not able to process returns or exchanges of products ordered in the wrong size or due to a change of mind. Detailed size guides are provided for all items to help you make the right choice before purchasing. We will, however, provide free shipping toward your purchase of a replacement item.

Refunds

If approved, refunds will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

 

Returns

All returns must be manually approved within two (2) business days of receiving your order. Only products that are received damaged, defective, or incorrect will be approved.

To request a return:

  • Submit a Return Request.
  • Include your order number, contact information, and detailed reason for the request.
  • Attach clear photos of the item(s) if the return is due to a defect or incorrect product.

Gifts

If the item was a gift, you may receive a one-time gift credit for the value of your return. Once the item is returned to us, a coupon code will be emailed to you.

To initiate a return/exchange:

  • Submit a request.
  • Include the order number, contact information of purchaser, and detailed reason for the request.
  • If the request is due to a defect or incorrect product, please fill out a Return Request.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

*Return package must include the original receipt or packing slip showing the Order Number.

*If returning a Gift, shipping instructions will be provided via email.
