It depends on your content and the tier you choose. We'll give you a timeline when you approve your domain.
What if I only want the domain for now?
Register it on its own through our domain registration. When you're ready for a page, we'll build your NameLink™ on it.
Do I need to provide content?
We'll need your name, a short bio or description, a photo or logo, and your links. If you're not sure what to write, we'll help shape it.
Can I update my page after it's built?
Yes. It runs on WordPress, so you can update text, links, and images yourself. If you'd rather we make changes, Care Plans from Growth up include monthly content edit time.
What if I already own a domain?
We'll build your NameLink™ on it and handle the setup. No domain registration charge in that case.
What's the difference between Basic and Pro?
Basic ($250) is a professional landing page with your photo, name, links, about, and contact, built from a polished template. Pro ($500) is fully custom, with room for a portfolio, gallery, testimonials, or booking. Both are hosted for $8/month.
Can I upgrade from Basic to Pro later?
Yes. Your domain, hosting, and content carry forward. The upgrade costs the difference between the tiers ($250).
What does the $8/month cover?
Starter hosting: nightly backups kept 30 days, SSL, a security firewall, and malware scanning. We also manage your domain renewals. WordPress updates and content edits come with a Care Plan or a Worry-Free Bundle.
What happens to my domain after the first year?
It renews at our standard domain price, billed yearly and locked for five years. See the rates on our domain registration page.
Do I own my domain and my site?
Yes. The domain is registered in your name, and you own all the content and design. If you ever leave, we transfer everything to you.
Can I use NameLink™ for a business?
Yes. It works for new businesses, side projects, and solo practices. Use your business name as the domain and add your services, hours, and contact info.
Can I grow into a full website later?
Yes. Your domain, hosting, and content carry forward into a multi-page site without starting over. Full websites start at $2,000.
