Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the Service.
Description of Service
SiteHub™ is a client portal designed to provide CKreative Digital clients with access to their managed services, billing information, support tickets, and communication tools.
User Accounts
To use the Service, you must sign in using a Google account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.
User Conduct
You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose or any purpose prohibited under these Terms. You agree not to:
* Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Service.
* Use the Service in any manner that could damage, disable, or impair the Service.
* Interfere with any other party’s use and enjoyment of the Service.
Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of CKreative Digital and its licensors.
Termination
We may terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
Limitation of Liability
In no event shall CKreative Digital, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Changes
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time.
